Dear EIL staff,
We would like to thank you for providing Sydney with the most memorable summer experience she is likely to ever have. It took months of research to choose just the right program and we definitely found it in EIL. We especially appreciate all the time and attention you provided before the program and once Sydney met up with her group leader, Ben, she was in great hands.
We cannot say enough about the caliber of this program. Our hope is that Sydney will be able to skip a year of Japanese in high school so that she can take AP Japanese in her senior year.
Sydney had a wonderful host family. She had four host siblings and her host mother was so loving and warm! The opportunity to live with such a large family was excellent.
We have heard nothing but positive reports from Sydney about her Japan experience. That is practically unheard of from an adolescent.
