STEP 1:
Complete and submit your Preliminary Application, which will require an initial payment of $400.00 by valid credit card (Visa or Mastercard only). You will receive an email the next business day confirming your place on the program.
STEP 2:
Complete and submit your Secondary Application, which includes:
- Applicant Profile
- Medical Form and if necessary - Secondary Medical Review Form
- Conditions of Participation
- International Travel/Passport Verification Form
- Photocopy of your valid passport (expiration date must be at least 6 months beyond program return date)
- Two Official Passport Photos
- If applicable for your program: Health Guidelines and Visa Application
