*The program fee includes a homestay and other lodging; all meals; an orientation; in-country transportation and program activities; group-leader supervision throughout the program; health, accident, and medical evacuation insurance; and a twenty-four-hour, on-call response line throughout the program, administered by our professional student affairs team.

The program fee does not include preprogram medical examinations or immunizations, passport or visa fees, or personal spending money.

**Group Flights.
World Learning arranges scheduled air transportation through designated airlines or travel agents and has designated or will designate the times and ports of departure for all group transportation. Supervised international group travel for US-based students is arranged by The Experiment and billed separately from the program fee. All students are required to travel with their group on the group flight arranged by The Experiment. Any request for an exception to this policy must be submitted in writing. In the rare instances in which this is approved, additional charges may apply.

For all programs in Mexico: There is no international group flight. Students meet at the Mexico City airport.

For the Navajo Nation program: There is no international group flight. Students meet in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Please note: Because of the dynamic nature of Experiment programs and the economics of host countries, The Experiment reserves the right to change its fees without notice. Sample communities and activities are examples of the previous year’s information and may change.
